1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above titled Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to permanently designate a new 2.6 metre bike hanger parking place that may be used at any time and without time limit by bicycles, by: -

(a) introducing new bicycle parking place on the lengths of the following roads: (A) Zone J Avenue Crescent (outside No. 41); (B) Zone E Brassie Avenue (near Carlisle Avenue); (C) Zone JJ Churchfield Road (opposite No. 9); (D) Zone T1 East Acton Lane (west of No. 99); (E) Zone B Kingscote Road (outside No. 9); (F) Zone J Mill Hill Road (west of No. 14); (G) Zone K Milton Road (near Churchfield Road); (H) Zone B Queen Anne’s Gardens (east side); (I) Zone B Ramillies Road (outside No. 38a - 42a); (J) Zone M Reynolds Road (near Beaumont Road); (K) Zone J Whelan Road (north of 1 - 34 Dickson Court);
(b) relocate and existing bicycle parking place from Horn Lane to Zone MM Grafton Road north side (near Horn Lane);
(c) amending the parking places on lengths of the following roads mentioned, and contained within the following controlled parking zones [CPZ’s]: (A) Zone B Kingscote Road (shared use) and Ramillies Road (permit); (B) Zone E Brassie Avenue (permit); (C) Zone E Brassie Avenue (permit); (D) Zone K Milton Road (permit); (E) Zone JJ Churchfield Road (permit); (F) Zone M Reynolds Road (permit); (G) Zone MM Grafton Road (limited waiting); (H) Zone T1 East Acton Lane (permit);
(d) amend a length of waiting restrictions on Kingscote Road, to accommodate the bicycle parking places.

3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 14 August 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov. uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
