Pembridge Road - Road Closed To Vehicles For Crane Works
What is happening?

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES
PEMBRIDGE ROAD
Northbound Directional Road Closure
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea intends to make an Order under The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 Schedule 1 - Section 14 (1) (A) and all other enabling powers prohibiting vehicles from proceeding or waiting in roads cited below. Where necessary to maintain access for residents and occupiers one way or two-way traffic working may be imposed on affected roads.
ROAD CLOSED TO VEHICLES FOR CRANE WORKS.
Pembridge Road to be closed northbound from the junction of Notting Hill Gate to the junction of Bulmer Place.
To be closed from 07.00hrs until 18.00hrs on Saturday 30th August 2025, with a backup date of Saturday 6th September 2025.
Diverted through traffic may use, - Notting Hill Gate - west bound traffic.
Diverted through traffic may use Notting Hill Gate, Holland Park Avenue, Ladbroke Grove, Ladbroke Gardens, Kensington Park Road, Pembridge Road. - Notting Hill Gate - east bound traffic.
Diverted traffic to use Notting Hill Gate (eastbound), Palace Gardens Terrace, Kensington Mall, Kensington Church Street, Notting Hill Gate (westbound), Holland Park Avenue, Ladbroke Grove, Ladbroke Gardens, Kensington Park Road, Pembridge Road.
Access will be maintained for residents and occupiers.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to anything done with the permission of, or at the direction of, a police constable in uniform or a traffic warden.
Nothing in this Order shall apply to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes, or for the purposes of a statutory undertaker in an emergency.
