HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY,  Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA
("y Cyngor") yn bwriadu gwneudGorchymyn yn unol â'r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:  

1. Daeth y Gorchymyn i rym ar 18fed Awst 2025 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw'n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi'i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw'r cynharaf. Rhagwelwyd  bod y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 18fed Awst 2025 a’r 19eg Awst 2025, gan weithio rhwng 07:30 – 15:30.  

2. Roedd angen y Gorchymyn  er mwyn gwneud gwaith yn ailosod wyneb y ffordd mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad.   Cedwir mynediad rhesymol ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.  

3. Effaith y Gorchymyn oedd cau dros dro rhan o’r Heol Comin Llanfihangel Troddi, Llanfihangel Troddi, Sir Fynwy, o’r gyffordd gyda Heol Tir Comin am ~395m  

4.Roedd llwybr dargyfeirio ar waith fel a ganlyn:- Heol Tir Comin, Heol Comin Llanfihangel Troddi ac i'r gwrthwyneb.

5.  Gellir enwi'r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Comin Llanfihangel Troddi, Llanfihangel Troddi, Sir Fynwy 2025.  

6. Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy'n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

SECTION 14 - ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984

(MITCHEL TROY COMMON ROAD, MITCHEL TROY, MONMOUTHSHIRE)

TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION NOTICE 2025  

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Has made an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984  

1. The Order came into operation on the 18th August 2025 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 18th August 2025 and 19th August 2025, operating between 07:30 – 15:30.  

2.The order was necessary for resurfacing works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.  

3.The effect of the order was to temporarily close a section of Mitchel Troy Common Road, Mitchel Troy, Monmouthshire , from its junction with Common Road for ~395m.  

4. A signed diversionary route was in place as follows:- Common Road, Mitchel Troy Common Road and vice versa.  

5. This order may be cited as the Mitchel Troy Common Road, Mitchel Troy, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025  

6. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
