RHODDIR HYSBYSIAD TRWY HYN fod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn o dan Adran 14 (1) (a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Gwneir y Gorchymyn oherwydd gwaith sy’n cael ei wneud ar y llwybrau troed. Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau Llwybr Troed Cyhoeddus 136, Trefynwy dros dro fel y dangosir ar gynllun y Gorchymyn.
Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 20fed Awst 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am hyd at chwe mis neu nes bod y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Bydd llwybr amgen ar gael fel y dangosir ar gynllun y gorchy Gorchymyn myn. Yn rhinwedd Adran 16(1) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir o dan Adran 14 o’r Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

PUBLIC FOOTPATH 136 MONMOUTH
TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order under S14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The order is being made due to works being executed on the footpaths. The effect of the Order will be to temporarily close Public Footpath 136, Monmouth as shown on the order plan.
The Order will come into force on the 20th August 2025 and will remain in force for up to six months or until the works are complete, whichever is the earlier. An alternative route will be available as shown on the order plan. By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
