RHODDIR DRWY HYN RYBUDD fod Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council yn bwriadu dim llai na saith niwrnod ar ôl dyddiad y rhybudd hwn wneud Gorchymyn bydd yn gwahardd dros dro pob cerbyd, ac eithrio cerbydau argyfwng, rhag teithio mewn unrhyw gyfeiriad ar hyd Lôn Rhosybol i Rhosgoch.

Mae’r Gorchymyn yn angenrheidiol er mwyn galluogi archwiliad manwl o bont.

Y ffordd arall fydd o ochr de-orllewinol y cau. Teithiwch i gyfeiriad gogledd-ddwyreiniol ac yna i gyfeiriad gogleddol ar hyd y B5111 trwy Rhosybol a thros Fynydd Parys i’r gyffordd â Ffordd Tan y Bryn yn Amlwch a throwch i’r chwith. Teithiwch ar hyd Lôn Tan y Bryn i gyfeiriad gogledd-orllewinol i’r gyffordd â’r Ffordd Amlwch i Rosgoch a throwch i’r chwith. Yna teithiwch i gyfeiriad de-orllewinol trwy Benrhyd i Rosgoch a phen arall y cau. I’r gwrthwyneb i draffig sy’n teithio o’r cyfeiriad arall.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 3ydd Medi 2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am gyfnod na fydd yn fwy na 6 wythnos neu hyd nes y cwblheir y gwaith y bwriedir ei wneud ar y ffordd, pa un bynnag fyddo gyntaf. Ar hyn o bryd disgwylir i’r gwaith gael ei gwblhau ar 3ydd Medi 2025.

NOTICE OF INTENTION
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984 SECTION 14(1) AS AMENDED BY THE ROAD TRAFFIC
(TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT, 1991
CYNGOR SIR YNYS MÔN / ISLE OF ANGLESEY COUNTY COUNCIL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (LÔN RHOSYBOL TO RHOSGOCH) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cyngor Sir Ynys Môn/Isle of Anglesey County Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will temporarily prohibit all vehicles, except for emergency vehicles, from travelling in either direction along Lôn Rhosybol to Rhosgoch.

The Order is necessary to enable detailed tactile bridge examination.

The alternative route will be from the southwestern side of the closure. Travel in a north easterly and then northerly direction along the B5111 through Rhosybol and over Mynydd Parys to the junction with Tan y Bryn Road in Amlwch and turn left.

Travel along Lon Tan y Bryn in a north westerly direction to the junction with the Amlwch to Rhosgoch Road and turn left.

Then travel in a south westerly direction through Penrhyd to Rhosgoch and the opposite end of the closure. Vice versa for traffic travelling from the opposite direction.

The Order comes into effect on 3rd September 2025 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 weeks or until the work which it is proposed to carry out on the road is completed, whichever is the earlier. At this stage it is anticipated that the works will be completed on 3rd September 2025.
