Dudley - Various Temporary Suspension of Parking Places & No Waiting

DUDLEY METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council intends to make the following Order,

Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council (Temporary Suspension of Parking Places, Temporary Suspension of No Waiting at Any Time, Temporary Reduction of Limited Waiting Bay) (Priory Road and New Street, Dudley) Order 2025 the effect of which is to temporarily suspend the restrictions currently in place as follows:
* Temporary suspension of Parking Place on Priory Road, Dudley (outside 6 Priory Road and outside Dudley Sixth);
* Temporary suspension of No Waiting at any time on New Street, Dudley (outside The Priory Public House);
* Temporary reduction of width of existing limited waiting bay to 1.8 metres (opposite The Priory Public House); for the purpose of bus stop relocations on or near the affected roads. The order will come into operation on 22.08.2025 and will remain in force until 10.02.2027 or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. These restrictions are a continuation of those brought into force by notice on 11.08.2025. The maximum duration of the order is 18 months. No diversion is needed.
Access to frontages and for emergency vehicles will be maintained where safe to do so.
