Temporary Road Closure
B96 Cullybackey Road,
Portglenone.
Road Traffic Regulation (NI) Order 1997 Article 7
Notice is hereby given that the B96 Cullybackey Road,
Portglenone will be closed to vehicular traffic from Main
Street to Garvaghy Crescent commencing on Thursday 7th
August 2025 to Friday 22nd August 2025 between 08.00 hrs
and 18.00 hrs daily.
Diversions will be signed via B96 Ballyconnelly Road – C56
Ballyconnelly Road – C55 Glenhugh Road - U2255 The
Diamond – A42 The Diamond – A42 Portglenone Road –
A42 Ballynafie Road – A42 Ballymena Road and vice versa.
Local access will be granted.
The purpose of the closure is to facilitate essential
resurfacing on behalf of DFI Roads.

Cargan, Ballymena.
Road Traffic Regulation (NI) Order 1997 Article 7
Notice is hereby given that the A43 Glenravel Road Cargan
will be closed to vehicular traffic between Rockfield Park
and a location 2km North of Rockfield Park commencing on
Monday 11th August 2025 to Friday 29th August 2025
between 20.00 hrs and 04.00 hrs daily.
Diversion for cars will be signposted via A43 Cushendall
Road – A43 Cushendall Road Roundabout - C109 Frys
Road - A42 Broughshane Road - A42 Raceview Road – A42
Main Street Broughshane - A42 Carnlough Road - A42
Ballymena Road - A2 Bay Road Carnlough – A2 Marine
Road - A2 Harbour Road - A2 Garron Road - A5002 Garron
Road - A5002 Main Street Waterfoot and vice versa.
Diversion for HGV’s (avoiding low bridge in Carnlough) will
be signposted via A43 Cushendall Road – A42 Broughshane
Road - M2 Motorway - A26 Crankill Road - A26 Frosses
Road - A44 Drones Road - A44 Hillside Road - A44
Magheramore Road - A44 Moyarget Road - A44 Coleraine
Road Ballycastle - A44 Castle Street - A5002 Ann Street -
A5002 Quay Road - A5002 Mary Street - A5002 Cushendall
Road - A5002 Loughareema Road - A5002 Tromra Road -
A5002 Chapel Road Cushendall - A5002 Mill Street - A5002
