Barrs Orchard, Temporary Road Closure Due To Resurfacing Works

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under its relevant powers, made the following Order: U66212, Barrs Orchard, Tarrington, Temporary Road Closure Order, to temporarily prohibit the use by vehicles on the U66212, Barrs Orchard, Tarrington, from the junction of School Road to outside number 41. Grid Ref: 361794/240780. There is no alternate route for those affected by this proposal

The said closure is required due to footway and road resurfacing works and the likelihood of danger to the public while the works are taking place. The said closure will come into force on 18th of August 2025 and remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months (unless extended with the consent of the Secretary of State) but the works are expected to be completed within 4 days.
