Whittern Way, Temporary Prohibition Of Parking Due To Utility Works
What is happening?

NOTICE is hereby given that Herefordshire Council, as highway authority, have, under Its relevant powers, made the following Order: B4226 Whittern Way, Hereford, Herefordshire, (Traffic Prohibition of Parking) Order 2025 to temporarily suspend the parking and waiting on the B4226 Whittern Way, Hereford, between the junction of Eastnor Drive and the junction with Garnstone Rise. This will be a rolling restriction and will apply where indicated by traffic signs and cones.
The said suspension is required due to nearby Utility works taking place that requires the prohibition of parking to enable traffic to safely pass the works and due to the likelihood of danger to the public while the said works are in progress. The prohibition of parking Order is expected to come into operation on the 3rd day of August 2025. The order shall remain in force for a period not exceeding 18 months, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by the 31st day of August 2025.
