Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - As Amended By The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 - Section 14(1) - Temporary Waiting Restrictions - Rookery Way NW9
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET ("The Council"), acting in its capacity as the local highway authority, has made an Order to temporarily introduce ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions on a section of Rookery Way NW9. This measure is necessary to help maintain traffic flow, reduce obstruction, and ensure effective road safety.
The restrictions will apply to the southeast and east sides of Rookery Way NW9, between a point 20 metres northeast of the northeastern kerbline of the A5 Edgware Road and a point 49 metres south of the southern kerbline of Rookery Close.
The order will commence at 8:00am on Friday 8th August 2025 and is expected to last for 12 months.
Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.
A person may enter the ban paragraphs shall apply to anything done with the permission of or at the direction of a Police Constable or a Civil Enforcement Officer in uniform.
