Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence

Jamal Ali gives notice that an application was made to Herefordshire Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at Taste of Raj, 67 St Owen Street, HEREFORD HR1 2JQ in which the following licensable activities are proposed. On and Off Sale of Alcohol – 17:00 to 23:30hrs daily Late Night Refreshment – 23:00 to 00:00hrs daily The full application, giving details about the proposed licensable activities, has been sent to the Licensing Section, Herefordshire Council and may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at: Herefordshire Council, Plough Lane HR4 0LE between the hours of 09:30 – 13:30 (or by prior appointment) Monday to Friday or https://www.herefordshire.gov.uk/info/200145/business/58/current_licensing_applications. An interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day the application was made as detailed above, no later than: 01/09/2025 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
