Newidiadau arfaethedig o ran parcio i breswylwyr, Bargod 

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 al holl bwerau galluogi eraill, ac ar olymgynghori a Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu, wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith a ganlyn:- 

Bydd y gorchymyn yn diwygio'r cilfachau aros cyfyngedig presennol i ddeiliaid trwydded parcio i breswylwyr yn unig, Ilinellau melyn dwbl presennol i gilfachau deiliaid trwydded parcio i breswylwyr yn unig, Ilinellau melyn dwbl presennol i gilfachau deiliaid trwydded parcio i breswylwyr yn unig, cilfachau presennol heb unrhyw gyfyngiadau i gilfachau deiliaid trwydded parcio i breswylwyr, cilfachau aros cyfyngedig presennol i ddeiliaid trwydded parcio i breswylwyr yn unig, amseroedd aros cyfyngedig presennol o 30 munud i 1 awr, cilfachau deiliad trwydded aros cyfyngedig neu breswylwyr presennol i gilfachau deiliaid trwydded parcio i breswylwyr yn unig a darparu a thynnu Ilinellau melyn dwbl yn y strydoedd canlynol:

• Henry Street, Bargod 
• Park Road, Bargod 
• Ruth Street, Bargod 
• West Street, Bargod Daw'r Gorchymyn i rym ar 11/08/2025 Gellir gweld copi o'r Gorchymyn fel yl gwnaed, cynlluniau sy'n dangos y rhannau o'r briffordd dan sylw a datganiad o resymau'r awdurdod traffig dros wneud y Gorchymyn yn www.caerffili.gov.uk/GorchmynionRheoleiddioTraffig a gellir hefyd eu harchwilio yn rhad ac am ddim drwy apwyntiad yn: Gwasanaethau Cyfreithiol Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili, T9 Penallta, Parc Tredomen, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed CF82 7PG rhwng 09:00 a 17:00 o ddydd Llun i ddydd Gwener (ac eithrio gwyliau banc a gwyliau cyhoeddus), 012/08/2025 i 24/09/2025, gan ddyfynnu'r cyfeirnod SC/5012327. 

Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn, neu unrhyw un neu ragor o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo, ar y sail nad yw o fewn y pwerau a roddir gan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984, ar y sail na chydymffurfir ag unrhyw un neu ragor o ofynion y Ddeddf honno a wnaed o dani mewn perthynas a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny i'r Llys o fewn chwe wythnos i'r dyddiad isod.

(Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Loading and On Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2019 (Amendment Order No 38) 2025 

Proposed changes to existing Residents Parking, Bargoed

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is: -

The order will be to amend the existing limited waiting to residents permit holder only bays, existing double yellow lines (DYLs) to residents permit holders only bays, existing DYLs to residents permit holders only bays, existing bays with no restrictions to residents permit holder bays, existing limited waiting to residents permit holders only bays, existing limited waiting times from 30mins to 1 hour, existing limited waiting or residents permit holder bays to residents permit holder only bays and the provision and removal of DYLs in the following streets: 

• Greenfield Street, Bargoed 
• Francis Street, Bargoed 
• South Street, Bargoed 
• Capel Street, Bargoed 
• Henry Street, Bargoed 
• Park Road, Bargoed 
• Ruth Street, Bargoed 
• West Street, Bargoed The Order shall come into operation on 11/08/2025 

A copy of the Order as made, plans showing the parts of the highway affected and a statement of the traffic authority's reasons for making the Order can be viewed at www. caerphilly.gov.uk/TrafficRegulationsOrders and may also be inspected free of charge by appointment at Caerphilly County Borough Council Legal Services, Penallta House, Tredomen Park, Ystrad Mynach, Hengoed, CF82 7PG between the hours of 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and public holidays) from 12/08/2025 to 24/09/2025 quoting reference SC/5012327. 

If you wish to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 on the grounds that any requirement of that Act made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the Court for this purpose.
