Proposed Order: To close that part of U60200 Clifton from its junction with U60201 Clifton (North) to its junction with U60201 Clifton (South) for its entire length.

Reason: Carriageway patching for surfacing dressing over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: U60201 Clifton and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day between 2 September 2025 and 12 September 2025.

(A44 Darbys Green, Knightwick) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of A44 Darbys Green from its junction with B4197 Knightwick Bridge to its junction with C2235 Doddenham.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing and civils work by WCC.

Alternative route: A44 Doddenham, A44 Broadwas, A44 Bromyard Rd, A4103 Bransford, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Storridge into Herefordshire, A44 Worcester Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (19:00-06:00) between 1 September 2025 and 12 September 2025.

(A44 Broadwas) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of A44 Broadwas from its junction with U62022 Stone Ley to its junction with C2240 Wichenford.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing over multiple phases by WCC.

Alternative route: A44 Bromyard Rd, A4103 Bransford, A4103 Leigh Sinton, A4103 Storridge into Herefordshire, A44 Worcester Rd, A44 Doddenham, A44 Broadwas (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 nights (20:00-06:00) between 1 September 2025 and 12 September 2025.

(U34314 Church Hill, Inkberrow) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U34314 Church Hill from its junction with U34155 Knighton Ln to its junction with A422 High St.

Reason: Rebuilding verge by WCC.

Alternative route: A422 High St, A422 Alcester Rd, U34314 Priory Farm Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs). Commencing: 1 September 2025.

(U54152 Blakefield Road, Worcester) (Temporary Closure) and Worcestershire County Council (Blakefield Road, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2003 (Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of U54152 Blakefield Rd from its junction with U54154 Graham Rd to its junction with U54156 Blakefield Walk and to temporarily suspend the Worcestershire County Council (Blakefield Rd, Worcester) (One-Way Traffic) Order 2003 to allow two-way traffic to enable access for residents and school buses only.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: B4485 Bransford Rd, U54154 Graham Rd, U54152 Blakefield Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days. Commencing: 11 August 2025.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended)

(Footpath GM-619, Grimley) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025

Proposed Order: To close Footpath GM-619, Grimley for its entire length.

The Order has been made to facilitate repairs, and exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: GM-650, Camp Lane U64011 & GM-649 in Grimley and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 1 September 2025.

(A38 Droitwich Road, Worcester) (Bus Lane) (Temporary Suspension) Order 2025

Order made: To temporarily suspend that part of the Bus Lane affecting the highway from 190 metres south of its junction with U50230 John Comyn Drive to its junction with C2281 Checketts Lane in a southerly direction, so that it can be used by normal traffic for the duration of the works.

Reason: Installation of new bellmouth entry to Nursing Home and construct new pathways, tactile crossing points and streetlighting by DSS Civil Engineering.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 26 days. Commencing: 11 August 2025.

(B4550 Brickfields Road, Worcester) (One-Way Eastbound) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of B4550 Brickfields Rd in an Easterly direction only from its junction with B4482 Astwood Rd to its junction with B4550 Blackpole Rd.

Reason: Utility works by National Grid.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4482 Astwood Rd, U51050 Bilford Rd, B4550 Blackpole Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months continuing from 4 August 2025. Anticipated duration: 7 days (24hrs).
