Temporary Closure of Higher Park Lane and Cutcombe Hill
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Higher Park Lane - from the junction with Cutcombe Hill to the junction with Popery Lane; and Cutcombe Hill - from the junction with Summerway, north-eastwards for distance of 301 metres. A total distance of 359 metres. This Order will enable Openreach to carry out pole renewal works.
The Order becomes effective on 29th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 3rd September 2025 and last until 5th September 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 3 days.
