THE HIGHLAND COUNCIL (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC PROHIBITIONS ON U3328 GOLF ROAD, DORNOCH) NO 3 ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that The Highland Council, by virtue of the powers conferred under Section 14(1)(b) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended has made the above Order temporarily restricting all vehicular traffic from U3328 Golf Road, Dornoch.

As detailed below

Lengths of road affected by temporary prohibition of use
U3328 Golf Road, closed from its junction with the U3330 Kennedy Avenue to its junction with the U3371 Beach Road, from 07:00 to 16:00, on the dates below (all in the year 2025).
• Sunday 30th August
• Saturday 5th September
• Saturday 19th September
• Sunday 20th & Monday 21st September
• Monday 28th to Wednesday 30th September inclusive
The road closure is necessary to allow the Royal Dornoch Golf Club to conduct
business safely.

Exemptions
No prohibition imposed by this Order applies to:
(a) Emergency vehicles.
(b) Vehicles used by event organisers.
(c) Pedestrians.

Alternative Routes
To avoid the road closure an alternative route will be available U3326 Church Street, U3320 River Street and U3371 Beach Road.
