What is happening?

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Tod Holes Lane, Wigglesworth, Order 2025, No. 281

We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Tod Holes Lane, Wigglesworth for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 11/08/25 & 03/11/25, due to bridge works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 10/02/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Dubbs Lane, Hubberholme for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 21/08/25 & 21/11/25, due to bridge repair works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 20/02/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Low Lane, Masongill & Masongill Fell Lane to Galegreen, Masongill, Order 2025, No. 295

We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Low Lane and Masongill Fell Lane to Galegreen, Masongill for a temporary period (subject to access to premises) between 25/08/25 & 19/09/25, due to Yorkshire Water works to renew the water main. However, the max duration of this Order is until 20/02/26. The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 05.8/9/1 & 05.16/14/1 & 05.8/8/1 in Broughton, Order 2025 No. 69

Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 05.8/9/1 & 05.16/14/1 & 05.8/8/1 in the Parish of Broughton, between grid reference SD9351042 & SD93515085 due to Bridge in need of repair has been continued in force for a further 6 months until 08/02/26 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport.
