Spring Lane, Temporary Prohibition Of Traffic Due To Telecom Works
What is happening?
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL SPRING LANE, ELDWICK, BINGLEY TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication works to be executed on or near Spring Lane, Eldwick, Bingley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Spring Lane from its junction with Otley Road to its junction with Gloveshaw Lane.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Spring Lane (unaffected section), Glovershaw Lane, Bingley Road. Hawksworth Road, Potter Brow Lane, Goose Lane, Bingley Road, Otley Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation effect at 09:30 hours on the 14th August 2025 and remain in force until 15:30 hours on the 14th August 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
