Bingley Road - Temporary Road Closure due to Telecommunication Works

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14
CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
BINGLEY ROAD, MENSTON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of telecommunication work to be executed on or near Bingley Road, Menston has made the abovenamed Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Bingley Road from its junction with Main Street to its junction with Cleasby Road.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Bingley Road (unaffected section), Main Street, Cleasby Road and vice versa.
The Order comes into operation at 09:30 hours on the 8th August 2025 and remain in force until 15:00 hours on the 8th August 2025 although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
