CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL
FOOTPATH NO. 62 BRADFORD SOUTH, WYKE, BRADFORD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council is satisfied pedestrians on or near Footpath No. 62 Bradford South, Wyke, Bradford should be restricted or prohibited because of the likelihood of danger to the public intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Footpath No. 62 Bradford South, Wyke from its junction with Wynford Way to its junction with Wickets Close.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to pedestrians connected with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.

Alternative routes for pedestrian traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Wynford Way, Belmont Crescent, Belmont Avenue, Wesley Avenue, Cleckheaton Road and Wickets Close.

The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 18th August 2025 and remain in force until 23:55 hours on the 5th September 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to six months if necessary).
