What is happening?

REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL
BETWEEN THE TIDES FESTIVAL
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2025

Not less than 7 days herefrom the Council intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended in order to facilitate the holding of a relevant event.

The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in the length of road specified in the schedule below. Access will be available to residents’ properties within the closure. Local diversions will be in operation.

The Order will come into operation at 8am on 23.8.25 and will be in operation between 8am and 8pm on 23.8.25 and 24.8.25.

Kirkleatham Village Redcar from Kirkleatham Lane from the southern junction with A1042 to Kirkleatham School Junction, Redcar
