What is happening?

BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
(HAWKESYARD ROAD ETC, GRAVELLY HILL)
(20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 202*

NOTICE is hereby given that the above named Council propose to make this Order under Sections 84(1) and (2) and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, (as amended) the effect of which will be as follows:

• To introduce a 20mph Speed Limit on HAWKESYARD ROAD, ST DOMINIC’S ROAD and DOWNSIDE ROAD, GRAVELLY HILL

Full details of these proposals are in the draft Order which, together with the plan and a statement of the Council’s reasons for the proposals, will be made available on request (Contact Iain Aiken email: iain.aiken@birmingham.gov.uk or Karl Randall Tel: 07766 924044)

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order should write to the Assistant Director – Transport & Connectivity at Place, Prosperity & Sustainability Directorate, Birmingham City Council, PO Box 14439, Birmingham B2 2JE stating the grounds for objection by 2nd September 2025.
