Devon County Council - Multiple waiting times restrictions
What is happening?
Devon County Council (Teignbridge HATOC) (Traffic Regulation) Tranche 2 Amendment Order
Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce in Teignbridge:
Ashburton: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of West Street; Dawlish: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Hospital Hill and Strand Hill;
Exminster: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Milbury Close and Milbury Lane;
Kingsteignton: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Chudleigh Road, Exeter Road and Franeth Close;
Moretonhampstead: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Court Street and Sawyers Close;
Newton Abbot: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Broadlands Avenue, Brownhills Road and Oak Place;
Shillingford St George: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Ilex Close and St Georges Terrace;
Teigngrace: No Waiting At Any Time on specified lengths of Road From Teignbridge Gate To Gallows Cross;
Teignmouth: No Waiting At Any Time on a specified length of Hermosa Road; School Entrance Clearway - No Stopping Mon-Fri 8am-5pm on specified lengths of Fourth Avenue. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods and disabled persons vehicles.
