EASTBOUND LAY-BY

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 202_

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited(a) intends to make an Order on the A14 Trunk Road in the County of Cambridgeshire to allow for third party telecommunication works to be carried out in safety.

The works are expected to last for approximately 1 night starting on or after Monday 1 September 2025.

The effect of the Order would be to close overnight (9pm to 5am), weekdays only, the layby adjacent to the eastbound carriageway of the A14, situated at a point approximately 500 metres east of its junction with Woolley Hill.

The closure (which would not apply to emergency service, traffic officer or works vehicles) would be clearly indicated by traffic signs.

The Order would come into force on 25 August 2025 and may continue in force until the works detailed above have been completed or for a maximum duration of eighteen months, whichever is the earlier.
