Stanbury Road, Temporary Road Closure Due To Water Works
What is happening?
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE - VILLAGE STREET (STANBURY ROAD), THRUXTON, TEST VALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.
ROAD TO BE CLOSED: that part of Village Street between its junction with Halcyon Drive and its junction with Lambourne Way.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Village Street, Stanbury Road, Snoddington Road, Fyfield Road, Dauntsy Lane, Amesbury Road, Wiremead Lane.
DURATION OF ORDER: from Monday 18th August 2025 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner. (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 4 days and in operation 24 hours day).
The Temporary Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for The Clancy Group Ltd to complete new water connection. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: enquiries@theclancygroup.co.uk.
