What is happening?

BRUNEL WAY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE ROAD, BAGLAN (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council intend in not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
The effect of the Order will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic from proceeding along the length of road set out in the Schedule below whilst the Order is in force. During such periods as are indicated by traffic signs informing the public that the road is closed.
The Order is necessary to enable Green Frog Connections Ltd operatives to operate a lifting crane in the road.
The Order will come into force on the 29th September 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum duration of 18 months, or until the works are completed whichever is the sooner. It is anticipated that the works will take 1 day to complete.
SCHEDULE
Brunel Industrial Estate Road will be closed outside the Green Frog Power Storage Compound for a distance of approximately 30 metres along its length.
