Temporary Closure of Footpath Between Whitfield Road and Elmgrove Close
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order, the effect of which will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from proceeding along Footpath Between Whitfield Road and Elmgrove Close - from the junction with Whitfield Road to the junction with Elmgrove Close. A total distance of 29 metres. This Order will enable Dunmore SW to lay duct, build joint boxes and clear blockages on behalf of Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 5th August 2025 and will remain in force for six months. The works are expected to commence on 11th August 2025 and last until 15th August 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
