Cornwall Council - Multiple Temporary Orders in Various Locations

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
The County of Cornwall
(St Stephens Road, Saltash)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Saltash. This prohibition is necessary for repair works to defective reinstatement and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September 2025 to 9th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1700, weekdays only.
Road affected - St Stephens Road, Saltash between the junctions with Essa Road and Fore Street.

(Deviock Hill, Deviock)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of
road in Deviock. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure
works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th September
2025 to 12th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force between
the hours of 0900 and 1800, weekdays only. Road affected - Deviock Hill, Deviock for its entire length.

(Road From Martins Nest To Junction North Of Trehill Cottage, Downgate, Callington)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Callington. This prohibition is  necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September 2025 to 15th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Martins Nest To Junction North Of Trehill Cottage, Downgate, Callington between properties known as Brierfels and Trehill Farm.
An alternative route will be signed on site. However, for further

Pedestrian and Vehicular access will be maintained to properties.

(Bridals Lane, Looe)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of
road in Looe. This prohibition is necessary for Fibre Infrastructure
works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th September
2025 to 12th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a
day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bridals Lane, Looe between properties known as Talland Bay Holiday Cottages and grid reference SX 22327 51609.
