Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Treluswell. 

This prohibition is necessary for manhole and patching works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th August 2025 to 23rd August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0700, weekdays only.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Pepo Lane, Grampound) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Grampound. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 1st September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Pepo Lane, Grampound between the junctions of New Hill Estate and Bonython Drive. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in St Mawes. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th September 2025 to 5th September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Roads affected - Chapel Terrace between the property named The Gingerbread House and the junction of Grove Hill and Grove Hill between the junctions of Sea View Road and Commercial Road, St Mawes.

 The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Park Road, Ponsanooth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Ponsanooth. This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st September 2025 to 5th September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Park Road, Ponsanooth Park Road, Ponsanooth between the junctions of Ponsvale and grid reference SW75812 37821. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being being A390 Between Junction At West Langarth Farm And Roundabout At Threemilestone, Threemilestone between grid references SW77662 45160 and SW76330 45874 for approximately 1517 metres and A390 Between Rosewinnick Cottage And Junction At West Langarth Farm,Chacewater between grid references SW76330 45874 and SW76113 46055 for approximately 275 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the road to carry out new road construction and improvement works.
 
The Order will come into operation on 1st September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th March 2026. 

The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Road From The A390 Roundabout At Threemilestone To Penventinnie Lane, Threemilestone for its entire length for approximately 2196 metres and Road From Junction At Bosvisack Cottage To East Langarth, Threemilestone between grid reference SW78074 45415 and SW78079 46087 for approximately 720 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed for safety reasons. 

The Order will come into operation on 1st September 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th March 2026. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newham. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th August 2025 to 27th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Falmouth.
 
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 19th August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. 

Road affected - Penwerris Lane, Falmouth between the junction of Tresawle Road and the property named Fal View. An alternative route will be signed on site. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Sithney. This prohibition is necessary for fibre infrastructure works and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd September 2025 to 9th September 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. Road affected - Sithney Green, Sithney between grid reference SW63979 28989 and the junction of Scholars Lane. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Threemilestone. 

This prohibition is necessary for sewer works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 24th August 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included . Road affected - Road From Junction At Bosvisack Cottage To East Langarth, Threemilestone between the property named Langarth Farm and grid reference SW78027 45953.
