Temporary Closure of Spaxton Road

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Spaxton Road - from the junction with Broadlands Lane, north-westwards for a total distance of 20 metres.

This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out reinstatement works.

The Order becomes effective on 19th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 26th August 2025 and last until 27th August 2025 between the hours of 09:30 - 15:30 for a total of 2 days.
