What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
ALBION STREET, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed between its junction with Spring Lane.
Reason for Order: Works to update temporary reinstatement to permanent one.
Order Commences: 10 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Albion Street, Park Hill, Whitemoor Road, Spring Lane and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
CROSS LANE, CUBBINGTON, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To enable new water connection works.
Order Commences: 11 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: New Street, High Street, Queen Street, Offchurch Road, Cross Lane and vice versa.

CLARENDON SQUARE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install boundary box and water meter.
Order Commences: 14 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Clarendon Square, Clarendon Avenue, Beauchamp Avenue and vice versa.

D4376 GUY PLACE WEST, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Chandos Street to Guy Street.
Reason for Order: Footway reconstruction and assoc’ works, 08.00hrs-17.00 weekdays only.
Order Commences: 11 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Chandos Street, Clarendon Avenue, Guy Street and vice versa. Access/ Egress will be maintained where possible to businesses and residents only.

D43340 WOODBINE STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic from Church Hill to Warwick Place.
Reason for Order: Drainage works, 09.30hrs-15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 11 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: One way diversion: Warwick Place, Milverton Terrace and Church Hill.

HIGH CROSS LANE, ROWINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to renew water main pipes.
Order Commences: 11 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 September 2025.
Access & Diversion: High Cross Lane, Shrewley Common, Back Lane, High Cross Farm Road and vice versa.

LEYES LANE & THE WARDENS, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic as follows:The Wardens – closed 11/08/2025 to 22/08/2025, Leyes Lane – closed 13/08/2025 to 21/08/2025.
Reason for Order: To enable works for new electrical substation.
Order Commences: 11 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 22 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Leyes Lane, Rawnsley Drive, Hidcote Road, Knowle Hill, Dalehouse Lane, Mill End, Stoneleigh Road, Park Hill and vice versa.

SANDY LANE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to repair to an air valve.
Order Commences: 11 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 13 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Sandy Lane, Stoneleigh Road, Westhill Road, Leicester Lane and vice versa.

Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
D45550 CHURCH LANE, CUBBINGTON
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between its junctions with Rugby Road and High Street
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 09.30hrs-15.00hrs.
Order Commences: 29 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Rugby Road, Windmill Hill, Queen Street, High Street and vice versa.

D44160 UPPER HILL STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Carriageway patching and associated works, 08.00hrs-16.00hrs.
Order Commences: 28 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 28 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Waller Street, Campion Road, Lillington Road, Lower Villiers Street and vice versa.

HEATH TERRACE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: To safely enable works to install long pipe.
Order Commences: 26 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 29 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Heath Terrace, Union Road, Rugby Road, Guys Cliffe Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Chevron Traffic Management Ltd, Tel: 03300 080 820.
KENILWORTH STREET, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to renew a water hydrant, closed 08.00hrs-16.00 hrs.
Order Commences: 24 August 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 24 August 2025.
Access & Diversion: Regent Street, Regent Grove, Clarendon Street, Warwick Street and vice versa.

For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
