NOTICE OF DISPOSAL

DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE AT LAND AT HUNSBURY PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL, DAYRELL ROAD, NORTHAMPTON, NN4 9RR

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in pursuance of Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980) that West Northamptonshire Council intends pursuant to Section 123 of Local Government Act 1972 to dispose of land described in the Schedule to this Notice by way of a lease to Orbis Education Trust.

2. Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to the Director of Governance (WNC DLE32900) West Northamptonshire Council, One Angel Square, 4 Angel Street, Northampton, NN1 1ED by no later than 17:00 on 14th August 2025.

3. A plan showing the location of the land it is intended to dispose of may be inspected free of charge at the One Stop Shop, The Guildhall, St Giles Square, Northampton from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Wednesdays.
