(TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTION AND TRAFFIC REGULATION)
ORDER 2025 – TEMP/25/111
The Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be that for a temporary period, to facilitate a safe working area for development works, no person shall: (a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle on any part of; & (b) except with the permission of a Parking Attendant, cause or permit any vehicle to wait or load onto or unload from any vehicle at any time on both sides of W Granton Rd, north spur between numbers 306 and 316, in its entirety. Existing parking restrictions will be suspended on the affected section of road described. There is no available diversion with respect to the road closure of W Granton Rd, where local access will be maintained where practical. The Order shall come into operation on 11/08/25. The City of Edinburgh Council is satisfied that the execution of the works referred to in this Order will take in excess of eighteen months.
