TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE B1077 WESTERFIELD ROAD, WESTERFIELD
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the B1077 Westerfield Road, Westerfield from the rail track for 20 metres northbound and 20 metres southbound to facilitate rail vehicle access and egress. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Westerfield Road, the B1078, Woodbridge Road, Grove Road, Main Road, Woodbridge Road, the A1214, Colchester Road, Valley Road, Westerfield Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 03/08/2025 from 12.30am – 7.30am. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U3210 Windrush Road, Kesgrave from no. 17 for 30 metres northbound to facilitate replacing of existing air valve. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Ashdale Road, the A1214 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 04/08/2025 – 06/08/2025 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND 30 MPH SPEED RESTRICTION ON PART OF THE C473 HIGHAM ROAD, RAYDON
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads in the following phases:
1. The C473 Higham Road, Raydon from Waterworks Cottages for 120 metres southbound
2. The C473 Higham Road, Raydon from Waterworks Cottages to 100 metres north of the junction with Wades Lane.
This is to facilitate the construction of access to a water scheme. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion route will be Higham Road, Lower Raydon, Higham Hill, Hadleigh Road, the B1086, Sandpits Lane, Bacons Green, the B1070 and vice versa.
From 10/08/2025 – 14/08/2025 there will be a temporary 30 mph speed restriction on the C473 Higham Road, Raydon from Ponds Farm to the junction with the B1070 to safely install temporary access in use.
It is intended that the closures will operate from:
1. 04/08/2025 – 08/08/2025
2. 09/08/2025 – 10/08/2025.
