What is happening?

SCOTTISH BORDERS COUUNCIL

(HARTWOODBURN, SELKIRK)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (Hartwoodburn, Selkirk) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 12 August 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30. The Order is required for BT works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C15 east of Hartwoodburn, Selkirk.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the C15, B7009, A707, A7 and C15 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(RIVERSIDE DRIVE, KELSO)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (Riverside Drive, Kelso) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 11 August 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Riverside Drive, Kelso.

(HOWDEN PARK, JEDBURGH)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (Howden Park, Jedburgh) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 5 August 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of one day between the hours of 09:00 and 21:00. The Order is required for Scottish Water works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Howden Park, Jedburgh.
The alternative route for northbound traffic is via Howden Park to the point of
closure, for southbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.

(GLENDINNING TERRACE, GALASHIELS)
(TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (Glendinning Terrace, Galashiels) (Temporary Traffic Regulation) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force at 08:00 on 11 August 2025 and is expected to remain in effect until 16:00 on 19 September 2025. The Order is required for repairs to wall.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall:
(a) drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along Glendinning Terrace, Galashiels from Number 14 to Number 18.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Glendinning Terrace, Magdala
Terrace, Highbuckholmside, Ladhope Bank and Glendinning Terrace to the
point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing: and
(b) permit any vehicle to wait or to be parked along Glendinning Terrace,
Galashiels from Number 24 to Ladhope Bank.

(A699 KELSO TO TROWS)
(TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025
The Scottish Borders Council (A699 Kelso to Trows) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 11 August 2025 and is expected to remain in effect until 15 August 2025 between the hours of 08:30 and 16:00 each day. The Order is required for patching works.
When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the A699 from Kelso to Trows.
The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via the A699, A68, B6404, A6089, A698, B6352 and A699 to the point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
