Buckinghamshire, Amendment To Traffic Regulation Order For Permit Access

What is happening?

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council in exercise of its power under Section 2 of Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 proposes amendment of existing traffic regulation order The Buckinghamshire (Traffic Movement) Order 2021 Amendment XX to allow permit holders to leave and re-enter into current Ivinghoe Freight Zone. The effect of the order is to provide access to permit holders only.

A copy of the Order and Plans showing the lengths of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus Walton Street Aylesbury HP20 1UA

Comments and objections on the proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by the 24 of Aug 2025 to the Design Services Team, at the address listed above, or by email to highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk with subject “Ivinghoe Freight Zone local access and permit holder’s restrictions”.
