THE BUCKINGHAMSHIRE COUNCIL (SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO ) ORDER 202

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Buckinghamshire Council proposes to make the above-named Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the Orders is to introduce and extend parking restrictions (double yellow lines) and to extend the existing 30mph speed limit on Aylesbury Road, Great Missenden.

Aylesbury Road, Great Missenden (From The Black Horse Public House to A413 junction)Extension of Double Yellow Lines on the eastern side of the carriageway from the existing lines in a north – westerly direction to the A413 Junction for a length of 225.54 metres. Introduce new double yellow lines from the property edge of the Public House on the western side of the carriageway in a north – westerly direction to the A413 Junction for a length of 202.42 metres. This section includes the entrance to Town End Farm.
Aylesbury Road, Great Missenden (From Town End Farm to A413 junction)Extension to the existing 30mph speed limit north from the entrance to Town End Farm in a north – westerly direction for a length of 80 metres, ending outside Havenfield Cottage.
 

A copy of the Orders and Plans showing the length of road affected, together with a copy of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders may be inspected Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm at Buckinghamshire Council, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, United Kingdom.

Comments and objections on the proposals (together with the grounds of any objection) must be sent in writing by 11:59pm on Friday 29th August 2025 to the Design Services Team, Buckinghamshire Highways, Council Access Plus, Walton Street Offices, Walton Street, Aylesbury, HP20 1UA, or you can email your response to highways.consultations@buckinghamshire.gov.uk, with the subject ‘Aylesbury Road, Great Missenden TRO’.
