THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HAVERING (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (AMENDMENT No.68) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 31st July 2025 the Council of the London Borough of Havering did make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended
The general effect of the Orders will be to:-
PTO1234
a) Introduce no waiting at any time restrictions on
i) Moor Lane, at its junction with Heron Way and outside nos.91 & 93, 93a, 95, 97, 140 & 142, 144 & 146, 148 & 150 and 154
ii) Ingrebourne Road, outside nos. 20 & 22
iii) Cavendish Avenue, at its junction with South End Road
iv) Maybank Avenue, at its junction with Mallinson Close
v) Sunnydene Close, at its junction with The Avenue
vi) Lyndhurst Drive, outside no. 197
vii) Rom Crescent, outside nos.27 & 29 and 30 & 32
viii) Rainham Road, at its junction with Simpson Road, extending along Rainham Road to a point 16.5 metres south of
Brittons car park entrance
ix) Dorking Road, fronting nos.68 to 82
x) Bates Road, opposite nos. 19 and 36
b) Introduce a Disabled persons parking bay on Cavendish Avenue outside no. 50
c) Extend no waiting at any time waiting restrictions on
i) Southend Arterial Road, both sides of the narrower section of the road, to the side of no.127 Belgrave Avenue
ii) Hardesdon Close, both sides of the narrowest section of the road and to apply to the carriageway only
d) Extend no waiting Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am restrictions to cover the currently unrestricted area of Kent Drive
e) Removal of a residents parking bay outside No. 74 Rosslyn Avenue and the introduction of Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction
f) Introduce two School Keep Clear markings, operational
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, on Wennington Road,
outside Brady School
g) Change the use of the voucher parking bays on Crow Lane, from voucher only parking bays, to voucher and pay and display parking bays
Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on the 4th August 2025, other relevant Orders, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, can be obtained by emailing schemes@havering.gov.uk, until the expiration of a period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders are made.
If any person wishes to question the validity of either of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
