Crouds Lane - Temporary Road Closure To Chamber Installation Works

Temporary Closure of Crouds Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Crouds Lane - from 100 metres west of the junction with Shute Lane, westwards for a total distance of 45 metres.
This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out chamber installation works.
The Order becomes effective on 7th August 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 11th August 2025 and last until 15th August 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
