Ringer Lane - Temporary Road Closure
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE
RINGER LANE, CLOWNE
WHEN: 26 August to 27 August 2025 (07:00 to 18:00 each day).
WHERE: Ringer Lane, Clowne from its jct. with Ringer Way to a point adjacent property No. 57.
REASON: To facilitate carriageway patching / resurfacing works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Ringer Lane (from point of closure), Church Street, Church Lane, Ridgeway, Ridgeway West and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road. The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
