What is happening?

NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(ST ANNES ROAD WEST, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (St Andrews Road North and St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, Fylde Borough) (Prohibition of Loading) Order 2015" insofar as it relates to Item (2) of the Schedule.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Fylde Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Items (238)b)(i), (238)b)(ii), (238)b)(iii), (238)b)(iv), (238)b)(v), (238)c)(i), (238)c)(ii), (238)c)(iii), (238)c)(v) and (238)c(vi) of Schedule 10.01.
ii. Schedule 12.026;
iii. Items (7)a), (7)b)(i) and (7)b)(ii) of Schedule 13.01.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, the north west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Drive North to its junction with the Centreline of St Andrews Road North;
b) St Annes Road West, Lytham St Anne, the south east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Drive South to its junction with the Centreline of Park Road.
3. Introduce a prohibition of loading and unloading in the following lengths of road:
a) Orchard Road, Lytham St Annes, both sides, from its junction with the Centreline of Wood Street for a distance of 17 metres in a north westerly direction;
b) St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, the north west side, from its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Drive North to its junction with the Centreline of St Andrews Road North;
c) St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, the south east side, from its junction with the Centreline of Clifton Drive South to its junction with the Centreline of Park Road;
d) Wood Street, Lytham St Annes, the north west side, from a point 10.5 metres south west of its junction with the Centreline of Orchard Road For a distance of 21.5 metres in a north easterly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and associated documents for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
