What is happening?
NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
HIGHWAYS ACT 1980
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(NORTH PROMENADE, SOUTH PROMENADE AND ST ANNES ROAD WEST, LYTHAM ST ANNES, FYLDE BOROUGH) (ROAD HUMPS)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with Section 90A of the Highways Act 1980, Lancashire County Council propose the following:
1) Introduce a raised table in St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, from a point 69 metres north east of its junction with the centreline of Clifton Drive North/Clifton Drive South for a distance of 38.5 metres in a north easterly direction.
The raised table will have a maximum height not exceeding 100mm.
2) Introduce a raised junction table in the following locations:
a) South Promenade, Lytham St Annes, from the intersection of the centreline of St Annes Road West and South Promenade/North Promenade for a distance of 13 metres in a south easterly direction;
b) North Promenade, Lytham St Annes, from the intersection of the centreline of St Annes Road West and South Promenade/North Promenade for a distance of 16 metres in a north westerly direction;
c) St Annes Road West, Lytham St Annes, from the intersection of the centreline of St Annes Road West and South Promenade/North Promenade for a distance of 117 metres in a north easterly direction.
The junction table will have a maximum height not exceeding 100mm.
A copy of the relevant notice and plan, indicating the proposal may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW and at the offices of The Director of Law and Governance, Lancashire County Council, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston PR1 8XJ, and on Lancashire County Councils Website
