Stafford Road, Newport - Temporary Road Traffic Restrictions
What is happening?
Borough of Telford & Wrekin
The Council proposes to make the Borough of Telford & Wrekin, Stafford Road, Newport (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, whilst highway improvement works are being undertaken. The order becomes operational from the 19/8/25 between the hours of 9:30am and 16:00pm.
The following road is affected: Stafford
Road, Newport from its jcn with Broadway to its jcn with Hampton Dr. The maximum duration is 18 months, but the works are expected to be completed by the 19/8/25. Alternative routes will be signed on site.
