The Ealing (Parking Places) (Charging Points for Electric Vehicles) (Amendment No. 012) Order 2025; The Ealing (Bedford Park Extension) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2003) (Amendment No. 015) Order 2025; The Ealing (Greenford Station) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2011) (Amendment No. 015) Order 2025; The Ealing (Gypsy Corner) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2006) (Amendment No. 024) Order 2025; The Ealing (South Acton - Zone SA) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2017) (Amendment No. 001) Order 2025; The Ealing (The Vale) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2011) (Amendment No. 014) Order 2025; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 940) Order 2025.
1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, made the above titled Orders, under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2 The general effect of the made Orders will be to introduce:
(a) 3 EV bays on Alma Road,;
(b) 4 EV bays on Anthony Road;
(c) 4 EV bays on Armstrong Road;
(d) 4 EV bays on Court Farm Road;
(e) 2 EV bays on Eskdale Avenue;
(f) 4 EV bays on Fermoy Road;
(g) 2 EV bays on Francis Road;
(h) 4 EV bays on Gurnell Grove;
(i) 4 EV bays on Jenner Avenue;
(j) 4 EV bays on Jeymer Drive;
(k) 4 EV bays on Merton Avenue;
(l) 4 EV bays on Montague Road,;
(m) 4 EV bays on Oakfields Gardens,;
(n) 4 EV bays on Palmerston Road;
(o) 4 EV bays on Russell Road;
(p) 1 EV bay on St Albans Avenue;
(q) amend existing permit holders parking places on:
(i) Armstrong Road;
(ii) Jenner Avenue;
(iii) Jeymer Drive;
(iv) Palmerston Road;
(v) St Albans Avenue;
(s) amend the existing waiting restrictions on Alma Road, to accommodate the EV bays. The proposal for Dael Road has been abandoned.
3 The made Order, which will come into operation on 7 August 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order including plans, are available by e-mail from 'trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk' or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Order were made.
4 Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
