Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction South Of Warleggan Methodist Church To Junction To Yetta, Bodmin) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th August 2025 to 21st August 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Junction South Of Warleggan Methodist Church To Junction To Yetta, Bodmin from near junction with Access To Milland to junction with Road From Hut Circles And Field System To Barleysplat Wood.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb. This prohibition is necessary for works to supply new water source and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th August 2025 to 22nd August 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bridge Hill, St Columb from near property known as Town Mills to near Toll House.

The County of Cornwall (Road From Penlan Cottage To Junction North Of Fortescue Mine, St Austell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Austell.
This prohibition is necessary for works to clear vegetation from the string course and it is expected that the closure will be from 2nd September 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Penlan Cottage To Junction North Of Fortescue Mine, St Austell for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 4th August 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bodmin.
This prohibition is necessary for essential tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 19th August 2025 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. This prohibition is necessary for works to Network Rail level crossing and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th September 2025 to 12th September 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Quintrell Road To Junction North Of Manuels Farm, Newquay over the length of Chapel Level Crossing.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in High Street. This prohibition is necessary for works to remove vegetation from structure and it is expected that the closure will be from 1st September 2025 to 5th September 2025.The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2100 and 0600, weekdays only.
Road affected - Coombe Road, High Street from junction with Parkyns Lane to junction with Road From Crugwallins To Coombe Road.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2025
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council is under the above Order dated 12th June 2025 continuing to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being Roche Road, Route Of New A391 From Stenalees Roundabout To Trezaise, Higher Trezaise, Trezaise Road, Fore Street, Victoria Road, Edgcumbe Road, Stenalees from Tregoss Roundabout to Singlerose Roundabout for approximately 5675 Metres.
The Council is satisfied that this further restriction if necessary owing to engineering difficulties and the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the workforce during works to finish St Austell to A30 Link Road.
The Order which commenced on the 13th June 2025 and is currently in force for up to eighteen months will now continue until the 31st August 2025. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
