Belgrave Road / Warwick Square - Single Yellow Line Waiting Restrictions
What is happening?

BELGRAVE ROAD / WARWICK SQUARE THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (A ZONE) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Order would be to introduce 14.3 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions and loading restrictions operating between midnight and 7.00 a.m. and between 10.00 a.m. and midnight throughout the week, on the north-east side of Belgrave Road, outside No. 80 Warwick Square and adjacent to ‘The Marquis’, No. 50 Warwick Way (replacing 8.2 metres of shared-use parking and 6.1 metres of single yellow line waiting restrictions).
3. The proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made or the Council decides not to make the Order at https:// westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/notices and, in person by appointment only, at Westminster City Hall 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except bank / public holidays). Any objections or other representations about the proposals should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, WSP Traffic Order Team, 3rd Floor, WSP House, 70 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1AF, or by email to tmo.westminster@wsp.com quoting reference 8033-06/ND, by 27th August 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
