What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
The Ealing (Gypsy Corner) (Residents Parking Places) (No. 1, 2010) (Amendment No. 024) Order 2025; The Ealing (Parking Places) (Telephone Parking) (Gypsy Corner-Zone CC) (No. 1, 2015) (Amendment No. 001) Order 2025; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. 941) Order 2025.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing made the above titled Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the made Orders will be to on Park Royal Road, the (a) north-east side, opposite Nos. 236 - 326 Park Royal Road, to replace the existing permit parking places and shared use parking bays with double yellow lines, this is to facilitate the implementation of a cycle facility and improve road safety; (b) south-west side, opposite Nos. 318 - 326 Park Royal Road, to replace the existing permit parking places and shared use parking bays with double yellow lines, this is to facilitate the implementation of a parallel controlled crossing.
3. The made Orders, which will come into operation on 7 August 2025, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by e-mail from ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov. uk’ or for inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.
4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or any provision contained therein on the grounds that they are not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any of the relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make an application for the purpose to the High Court.
