What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF EALING
PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO ELVEDEN PLACE & ELVEDEN ROAD, NW10.
The Ealing (Free Parking Places) (HGV Parking Places) (No. 1) Order 202*; The Ealing (Waiting and Loading Restriction) (Special Parking Area) (Amendment No. ***) Order 202*.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Ealing, proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders, under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the proposed Orders would be to on: (a) Elveden Place to remove a length of double yellow line waiting restrictions on the north-west side;
(b) Elveden Road (i) on lengths on both sides, upgrade the existing single yellow lines to double yellow lines;
(ii) on the south-west side, convert two existing free parking places to parking places for heavy goods vehicles, with one-hour maximum stay, to operate at any time.
3. The proposed Orders, other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders including plans, are available by inspection at Customer Services Reception, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL between 9:00am and 4:45pm on Monday to Friday, until 6 weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Order is made, or the Council decides not to make the Order.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the proposed Order should be sent in writing by e-mail to ‘trafficnotices@ealing.gov.uk’ or by post to Highways Service, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road W5 2HL, quoting reference P048-25 until the 27 August 2025. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made and should include the address of the author.
