What is happening?

CAMBRIDGESHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 

(Temporary Prohibition Of All Traffic) Order Events/2025/208 

NOTICE is given that Cambridgeshire County Council has made an Order pursuant to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the effect of which is to restrict traffic on the Footpaths and Bridleways listed in schedule 1 of this order. 

The Order will be effective, for safety purposes, when signs are in place indicating the restrictions on any or all of Footpaths and Bridleways listed. 

The Proposed Order will come into operation on 24th August 2025 for 1 day. 

Nothing in this Order shall apply so as to prevent the passage of any vehicle being used by any member of the Police Force, Fire and Rescue Service, Ambulance Service, a vehicle being used by Special Forces during the execution of their duties or to any person acting with the permission or upon the direction of a Police Officer in uniform or of a Civil Enforcement Officer.

Little Gransden Footpaths 10 and 11. Little Gransden Bridleway 6. Gamlingay Bridleway 6 and 12. Waresley-Cum-Tetworth Bridleway 2
