(Manor Royal Amendment) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that WSCC made permanent Orders under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to:-
(i) introduce an eastbound bus lane on the north side of Manor Royal between the A23 London Road and Crawley Business Quarter; and
(ii) introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at any time (double yellow lines) on Manor Royal on the north side of the Crompton Way signalised junction.
The Orders will come into operation on 11 August 2025
Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to have a copy of the Orders should telephone the WSCC Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive a copy by post.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or on the grounds that any requirements of the act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Orders, may within 6 weeks from 6 August 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
