What is happening?

THE WOLVERHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL

(BOND STREET) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF

TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Wolverhampton City Council propose to make an Order under Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as substituted by
the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, prohibiting vehicles from proceeding on Bond Street at its
junction with Temple Street.
The Order may operate for a maximum period of eighteen months, but it is anticipated that the works will be undertaken from 09:30 on 7 August 2025 until 18:00 on 8 August 2025.

Clockwise Vehicular Diversion Route: St Johns Square, Church Street, Worcester Street, Ring Road, Snow Hill, Temple Street. Anti-Clockwise Vehicular Diversion Route:
Temple Street, Worcester Street, Church Street, St Johns Square.

The Order is required to facilitate remedial reinstatement works by Severn Trent Water.
